Abstract

Human resources are the key to organizational success. Resource management Human power involves science and art in managing relationships and roles workforce to achieve company goals. This research aims to determine the influence of motivation and work environment on employee performance at the Front One Nganjuk Hotel. The research method used is quantitative using a questionnaire distributed to 49 respondents directly on location. The t test results show that the motivation variable has The significance value is 0.022, meaning that motivation has a partial effect on employee performance and for the t test work environment variables have The significance value is 0.002, meaning that the work environment has an influence partial impact on employee performance. Based on the calculation results, value The significance of the F test was obtained at 0.000, which indicates that motivation and work environment together have an influence significant impact on employee performance at the Front One Nganjuk Hotel.
