Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of lifestyle, cafe atmosphere, and customer experience on revisit intention among customers of Estuary Cafe, a coffee shop located in Sleman, Yogyakarta. A quantitative, causal-associative approach was used, with questionnaires distributed to 91 respondents selected through a combination of purposive and incidental sampling. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS. The results show that lifestyle, cafe atmosphere, and customer experience each have a positive and significant partial effect on revisit intention, with lifestyle exerting the strongest influence, followed by cafe atmosphere and customer experience. Simultaneously, the three variables significantly affect revisit intention and explain 48.6% of its variance (Adjusted R² = 0.486), while the remaining 51.4% is explained by other factors outside the model. These findings suggest that Estuary Cafe should continue to strengthen its working-space concept, physical atmosphere, and customer experience quality in order to encourage customers' intention to revisit.
