Abstract

PT. BPR Danumas Binadhana has activities such as Rural Banks in general, namely accepting savings or providing credit. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative. The type of qualitative descriptive research is observation, analysis of various objects related to the subject of the study since they are recorded in the field and not in the form of numbers. This type of research analyzes matters relating to the procedures for granting credit at PT. BPR Danumas Binadhana Sidoarjo. Research Results The procedure for granting credit at PT. BPR Danumas Binadhana Sidoarjo is in accordance with the provisions of the existing procedures, although in practice there are still deviations made. Obstacles in the procedure for granting credit at PT. BPR Danumas Binadhana Sidoarjo include the proximity of prospective customers to bank employees, requirements in submitting credit applications that are not completed, and false information provided by prospective customers. Ways to overcome obstacles at PT.BPR Danumas Binadhana Sidoarjo are to conduct a return survey or a more in-depth survey of prospective customers who are close to employees, for incomplete requirements in credit applications, the way to overcome them is to postpone credit applications from CS (Customer Service). ) up to the complete requirements and false information provided by the customer, the way to overcome it is by making a direct visit to the customer's place to get more accurate information.
