Influence of Work Environment and Work Discipline Against Employee Performance On Cv. Fortuna Motorindo

Abstract

This study aims to determine (1) the effect of the work environment on employee performance at Cv fortuna Motorlndo (2) the effect of work discipline on employee performance at Cv fortuna Motorindo (3) The influence of work environment and work discipline on employee performance at Cv fortuna Motorindo. This researchls a quantitative approach research. The sample of this research is employees of Cv fortuna Motorindo, totaling 90 employees with population sampling technique. Collecting data using a questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reability. The data analysis technique was carried out using multiple regression analysis.The results of this research are that (1) the work environment does not have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, (2) work discipline has a positive and signifikant influence on employee performance. (3) testing together, shows that the variables of work environment and work discipline have a joint or simultaneous effect on the performance of CV employeees. Fortune motorlndo.
